David Manning - President & CEO of TraVerus Travel. He has spent his life promoting and supporting the growth and well being of people whose lives he has touched.

In addition to his many business accomplishments Mr. Manning was the host for the Easter Seals Telethon in Dallas for 17 years;  was a national sales trainer for two different companies; is an international motivational speaker; was a leader with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes; was a world-wide promoter for World Class Championship Wrestling; and worked with many top celebrities to help promote their charitable causes.

Hal Leeds - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Leeds has over 25 years of operational experience, including serving as Senior Operations Manager for MCI/WorldCom. He has additional expertise in P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, sales, business/product development, marketing and finance. Hal has a proven record of moving organizations to new sales and profit levels, under all market conditions. He has served on the Board of Directors for a number of charities, including Big Brothers and Sisters of North Texas, and was recognized by Who's Who in the World of Information Technology in 2001 and Who's Who in World of Business in 2004. Hal has advised many companies from start-ups through billion dollar corporations with strategic and management direction.

Bryan W. Dorsey - V.P. of Resort Development 

Mr. Dorsey manages the real estate research and acquisition for TraVerus resorts.  He is the CEO and principal shareholder of Partners Property Corporation, a national real estate investment and development group. Since graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, Bryan has focused his efforts on real estate investing and development throughout North America.

Mr. Dorsey has been responsible for more than 20,000,000 square feet of commercial office, shopping center and multi-family development and investment and more than 16,000 residential lots. Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, CSFB and many other Wall Street based investment firms also consult with Mr. Dorsey and he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Mr. Dorsey is also a principal investor in a number of companies focused on internet based distance learning, new media, domestic and international television ventures, travel and related ventures.

Bradford L. Pittenger - V.P. of Business Development

Mr. Pittenger is responsible for TraVerus business development and corporate negotiations.  He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law.  Mr. Pittenger’s 20-year legal career was concentrated on real estate development and acquisition, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and financings and strategic and operational planning. 

During his legal and consulting career, Mr. Pittenger has been responsible for more than $7.5 Billion of financing, acquisition and disposition transactions. Immediately prior to his consulting and investing career, Mr. Pittenger served as general counsel for a privately held company for 14 years where he assisted the company in growing from $300 million to more than $5 Billion in annual sales. 

Since 2000 Mr. Pittenger has served as an independent investor, as a strategic operations and planning consultant and provides debt and equity consulting and execution services. 

Christian Diaz - Director of Hispanic Marketing

Christian Diaz is a leading consultant in the industry, who brings over three decades of experience in the implementation of marketing and business strategies targeted at the international and domestic Hispanic Market. 

Christian specializes in the area of business development targeted at the U.S. Hispanic consumer and international Latin American markets. He currently serves as President and Sr. Consultant of a major marketing consulting firm, and has served on both the Congressional and Senate Hispanic Advisory boards. 

In addition to being a dynamic international trainer and motivational speaker, Christian is a recipient of various Addy Awards in Advertising and Marketing Campaigns.
